DALLAS – Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson is proud to sponsor a retirement event honoring Judge Frances Harris on February 1, 2024, at Meso Maya Comida & Copas in Dallas.
The celebration is open to the public and will honor Judge Harris’ nearly 50 years in the legal profession.

Having served in the 302nd District Court in Dallas for 26 years, Judge Harris specializes in dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation and family law matters. She is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her distinguished career also includes a stint serving on the board of directors in the family law section of the Dallas Bar.
