Scott Rewak
Partner, Attorney at LawBiography
Before attending law school, Scott Rewak studied accounting. Although he learned many valuable lessons during that time, he would eventually veer away from that field, thinking there were other places he could put his skills to better use. Family Law has given him the opportunity to work with and help others in ways he believes few other areas could match.
Scott understands those who need the services of a Family Law attorney may be going through a particularly low point in their lives. Over the course of his career, Scott has had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, so he’s able to view issues from several different perspectives. He’s empathetic to his clients’ needs and works to craft solutions to their issues that will leave them in the best possible position once their matter has been resolved. For him, the job has always been about much more than a business.
Scott is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an honor that fewer than 1% of all attorneys in Texas achieve. As the TBLS explains, “Board Certification is a mark of excellence and a distinguishing accomplishment. Within the Texas legal community, Board Certification means an attorney has substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated, and tested, special competence in that area of law.”
Working to achieve this level of skill and expertise in his field has taught Scott that there’s no substitute for being prepared. Learning all he can, taking that knowledge, then fighting as hard as he can for those he represents gives him the best possible chance to achieve the best possible result.
