New office led by seasoned attorney expands Family Law firm’s presence
DALLAS – Expanding the North Texas footprint of one of the area’s premier Family Law firms, Jim Loveless joins Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP, (ONDA), opening the firm’s Fort Worth office.
“Jim is a well-known family law attorney who is highly respected for his meticulous representation of clients,” said Keith Nelson, name partner of the firm.
“We are thrilled that Jim has joined our team,” added firm partner Brad LaMorgese. “He has a wealth of experience in complex family law cases, and we think our clients will be pleased with such a formidable addition to our firm.”
A fourth-generation Texan from Fort Worth, Mr. Loveless has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for 39 years. Known throughout the state for his work in high-profile family law matters, he has been recognized on the The Best Lawyers in America list since 1987 and the Texas Super Lawyers list since 2003.
“Through communication with my son, as well as my own work with the firm over the past several years, I have seen firsthand the quality of representation clients can expect from this firm and I am honored to have been asked to help formally expand the firm’s reach into Tarrant County and beyond,” said Mr. Loveless, whose son Lon is a partner in the firm’s Dallas office.

Jim Loveless is the former president of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, a Fellow – one of only 318 U.S. members – with the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and an emeritus member in the invitation-only group of 100 attorneys with the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. He is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and Texas Tech University.
