Family Law: Obergefell v. Hodges
2015 was a monumental year for same-sex marriage and family law with the United States Supreme Court ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges. Brad LaMorgese shares insights on the impact this ruling has on all aspects of Texas Family Law including property division and children.
