Alison Etherly
Associate, Attorney at LawBiography
Alison Etherly has a heart for supporting families in their times of need. She believes that family law enables her to help families make the best decisions for their futures and their children. Alison understands how emotional, stressful, and challenging these times can be, whether clients need counsel on child custody, divorce, property division, or family violence matters. She decided to go to law school to pursue a career as a family law attorney in hopes that she can continue advocating for those who need her help the most.
As a mother of two daughters, Alison brings an insider perspective and handles each case with compassion and fierce advocacy. If there’s one thing that defines her approach to law, it’s persistence. She’s a true fighter who never backs down when seeking justice for her clients. She firmly believes that she can only achieve the results her clients deserve through diligent effort.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington, and her J.D. from the University North Texas Dallas College of Law. In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time with her daughters, who are both involved in extra-curricular activities that keep the family busy. One is a track athlete and the other is an artist.
